3 -3 1/2 stars. "Message From Malaga" is an old book that I had in my bookcase and decided to read and then donate. It was a thriller, but very dated, having been published in 1971. Ian Ferrier is a man who works in the US Space Agency and is travelling on vacation in Spain. He visits an old and trusted friend, Jeff Reid. While there, Jeff involves him in a conspiracy that leaves Jeff badly hurt and eventually dead. Ian is determine to find out who did that to Jeff and bring them to justice but he becomes very involved in the spies and counterspies involved, including two lovely ladies, both of whom may not be who they seem to be. It was not a bad little thriller, just suffered from being out of date. Not a great little read but not a very bad one either.
