• Education on Residential Tenancies Act & Tenant Rights

• Last Month's Rent 

• Rental & Utility Arrears 

• Moving Costs 

• Enrollment in Programs like: 

• Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) 

• Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) 

• Obtaining essential ID: Birth Certificates & Purple Cards 

• Basic Budgeting Workshops
